WHEN A DESIGN LEAVES THE COLLECTION
A Guide to Last Call, No Longer Boxed, and Archive
Our collection is always evolving. As new creations are introduced, we continually edit our offerings and sample boxes. Some designs make way for what comes next. Yet leaving the current collection does not always mean leaving Hartmann&Forbes.
A design may still be available, depending on how it was made and whether material remains. There are three places to look.
LAST CALL
Remaining Wallcoverings and By-the-Yard Soft Natural Fabrics
Last Call is reserved for the remaining yardage from our wallcovering and soft fabric collections. Once removed from our current collection, these materials are offered By-the-Yard at a reduced price while quantities remain.
NO LONGER BOXED
Tailored-to-Size Weaves, Available While Material Remains
Our Designer Sample Kits are edited as our collections evolve. When a Tailored-to-Size weave or Performance Fabric leaves the current collection, but material remains available, we call it No Longer Boxed.
These weaves are no longer included in our sample boxes, published in the Product Portfolio, or presented on our website. They may, however, still be crafted into windowcoverings at regular pricing while material remains.
For a designer returning to a weave used on an earlier project, or searching for something remembered from a past collection, it is worth checking what remains available.

ARCHIVE
Woven-to-Size Weaves, Still Made to Order
Our Woven-to-Size collections are different. Because each Woven-to-Size design is woven to order, a weave does not necessarily disappear simply because it leaves the current sample box.
Designs that become part of our Archive remain published on our website and available to be woven to the dimensions of each window.
There is no remaining roll of material to exhaust. Each design can continue to be woven to order.
DISCONTINUED
Designs No Longer Available to Order
When a weave can no longer be made, or the remaining material has been exhausted, it becomes Discontinued and is no longer available to order.
The current list of No Longer Boxed and Discontinued weaves is available to registered clients when signed in to hartmannforbes.com
