CELEBRATING GRACE’S HOUSE 2019
The first annual Grace’s House was a tremendous success. Twenty-one talented interior designers shared their vision throughout the showhouse in support of The Valerie Fund, a foundation which supports comprehensive care of children with cancer and blood disorders close to home. It ensures that kids receive emotional and psychological support that is so important when faced with life-threatening illnesses. We were pleased to have been involved with such a fantastic organization by working with two participating designers.
Samuel Robert Signature Spaces – Crisp blacks, fiery oranges, brass golds, burnished bronzes and red, red, red add contrast and complexity to the regal palette of the Nouveau Rouge living room, designed by Samuel Ciardi. The room has an eclectic collection of furnishings that were carefully curated to honor an interior of cherished heirlooms. LE2021 Rainfall – Sunset, Custom Woven-to-Size roman shades were the perfect complement with its subtle gold threads. Photo: Wing Wong
Mimi & Hill – A marriage of the gilded age with a modern, worldly and elegant style was portrayed in the dining room. A measured balance of the old with new, natural with glam, shiny with matte representing Mimi & Hill’s signature style. PW50 Zen – Snow Lantern, In-Stock Tailored-to-Size roman shades were a fabulous choice in this room. Photo: Toni Deis
Well done to all of the designers who participated and their willingness to give back in such a significant way. Learn more about Grace’s story and the Valerie Fund.
